Good Neighbor Agreements
Good Neighbor Agreements, or GNAs, are agreements entered into by business establishments that require a liquor or marijuana license and Registered Neighborhood Organizations (RNOs) to protect the safety, health, welfare, and quality of life in the neighborhood. To learn more about Baker's GNAs and which businesses currently hold them, visit the webpage.
HISTORIC DISTRICT
A significant portion, but not all, of the Baker neighborhood was designated as a Denver Landmark District in 2000. Exterior alterations to structures within the landmark district are subject to review by the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission. To learn more about the historic district and preservation tax credits, visit the webpage.
Burnham Yard & Broncos Stadium
The Denver Broncos have proposed building a new stadium on the Burnham Yard site near the 10th & Osage light rail station. The stadium and surrounding entertainment district will mostly be outside the boundaries of Baker, but like all large developments, we expect it to have impacts on our neighborhood. To learn more about the Burnham Yard and Broncos redevelopment and related BHNA initiatives, visit the webpage.
