Committees
Zoning
BHNA's zoning committee reviews plans and projects within Baker in the general areas of zoning, land use, transportation, liquor and marijuana licenses and development; the committee also informally acts as a resource to educate neighbors about working with the city's planning, zoning, permitting, and historic landmark departments. It provides recommendations to the board and general membership and negotiates good neighbor agreements on behalf of the neighborhood. Visit the zoning webpage for more information.
