Welcome and Neighborhood Updates - 7:00

• Introduction of new board members
  • Nora Bland, Member at large and Patrick LePak, new Treasurer, join me, Beth Fluto, as president, Paul Bireta, VP, Alex Clement, Secretary and Connor She and Oliva Kunevecius as Members at Large.

• Bronco's Stadium Community Benefits Agreement - Mary Coddington, Twelve Inc.

Patrick will represent Baker on the steering committee

• Denver Summit FC Stadium - Connor Shea
  • Denver City Council Proclamation Honoring West East Nieghbors United for Leadership on the NWSL Stadium Community Benefits Agreement
• The holiday party was a great success, with about 65 folks attending and believe it or not, we broke even with the help of doorprizes dontated by these generous merchants

  • Luke & Company,  Lil Devil, Push Gym, Walters 303,  Art Students League ofDenver, Central Family Dentistry, Dog Country Day School, Punchbowl Social club

• The board met with Kevin Henderson and have decided to move ahead with the House and Garden tour this summer.  It will be on Saturday, August 8th.  Volunteers are needed!   
  • We need homes to be on the tour, a few committed folks to be on the steering committee and many more on the day of the tour.  If your interested in being on the tour and have questions or in joining the committee, please email Kevin directly.  His email will be included on the chat, or simply email the board and we will connect you.  Olivia will represent the board on the Tour steering committee.
• This just in: Councilwoman, Flor Avidrez is kicking off a health and wellness initiative this year with tomorrow's (1/14) Wellness Wednesday, 6-8 at Alchemy's Creative Workspace, 66 S Logan St.
