Welcome and Neighborhood Updates - 6:30

• NWSL Stadium Community Benefits Agreement negotiations have begun.  There is another town hall this Thursday night at Burndown on Broadway beginning at 6:30.  We will also have them present at the October meeting. 
• The Broncos just announced they will be building their new Stadium on the Burnam Yards site/Denver Water campus in the La Alma Lincoln Park neighborhood
• The Broadway Merchants Association GID was approved by City Council and will be on the ballot for those in the affected area.
•  This Saturday is the Lincoln Broadway End of Summer Fest from 11 - 5, The Yard 47 N Lincoln
• We also have another Baker HH this month on the 24th at Bar 404, starting at 5:00
