Welcome and Neighborhood Updates - 6:30

• Baker's Tree Push!  - Happy Hour in September
• Home Tour 8/8 - Marci 
• Follow up on the special meeting we had June 2nd on the Bronco's CBA and Burnham Yard SAP : Traffic, street parking and parking lots lead the attendees questions and concerns.  The board has decided that we will be writing letters to the mayor, Denver Planning Board and/or city council once the LDR and SAP have proceeded to a point that it makes sense.  We may need an online vote when that time comes.  Most of these issues are outside of the CBA - such as some Baker lots already zoned for parking - but we need to make certain that we do not interfere with that process.
• Denver PorchFest is super excited to make our first fest happen October 3rd. We have had over 500 bands apply and are still looking for more Baker residents to host to ensure we can have as much music as possible. We will be holding our first lineup release party at HQ on August 6th, with more to come later in the month.
