The Baker Historic Home Tour will be Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 11am to 3pm. Please check-in at the DCIS at Fairmont School located at 520 W 3rd Ave, Denver, CO 80223 starting at 10:45am for prepaid tickets (get your wristband and map), or to purchase tickets. We are very proud to show off six beautiful homes in our neighborhood, as well as local neighborhood historic buildings. This is a self-guided tour and after ticket purchase/pick-up, you may start at any of these locations or homes on the Tour. Parking is available throughout the Baker neighborhood and along Broadway. Please note that certain blocks of Baker are resident permit parking only (denoted by the “BA” signs in red). Make sure to adhere to posted signs to avoid parking tickets.
