About BHNA

The Baker Historic Neighborhood Association holds general meetings the second Tuesday every month except August and December. (Find out when the next general meeting is by visiting our Events page.) The board also meets once a month.

In addition to the monthly meetings, BHNA also hosts the following

  • Annual Spring Fling with a Silent Auction
  • Baker Bargain Bonanza neighborhood-wide yard sales in June
  • Home Tour
  • Ice Cream Social in August
  • Holiday Party in December

Visit the BHNA Bylaws page for more specific information on how BHNA is run.

Baker Historic Neighborhood Association was originally founded in the 1970s as Organized Baker Residents (OBR). In 1999, the association changed its name putting "Baker" at the front to make us easier to find and adding "Historic" to reflect the long history of the neighborhood.
